Successful, value-adding communication has a lot to do with attitude. In addition comes solid professional skills and experience. Both I lexperienced in company’s newsroom, as reporter for RTL, in politics and at TÜV Rheinland, a global player with German roots.
As a systemic coach, my second focus is on the organization of companies, especially marketing and communications, which for me belong together and should therefore work more successfully together for their company in the newsroom.
For me, it is always about uncovering the resources of the people in the company, making them strong in change and thus achieving the goals. Nothing goes against the will and almost everything together with people for whom we at CONCEPT X give our best.
