Terre des Hommes, Germany e.V. was founded in 1967 by concerned citizens to help seriously injured children from the Vietnam War. Today the children’s aid organisation supports almost 400 projects for children in need in 32 countries. For the organisation to be successful, it needs volunteers as well as financial donations. The aim is to position itself clearly to stand out and be noticed amongst all the other charities.
In addition to our long term financial support of Terre des Hommes, which we continue to maintain, we also help to strengthen the position of the organisation by our commitment in supporting communication issues. In a workshop with managers we developed the brand strengths and the unique selling points of Terre des Hommes. We also analysed the communication activities of NGOs in Germany and based on the results, we developed new ways of connecting with donors. This resulted in both a new corporate design and a new campaign. In addition, we support the Terre des Hommes team in organising events.
